HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?

Our pricing is based on location and band size. Every event is totally personal and unique, so we will need a couple of basic details about the event you are planning (venue, approximate timings, format of the event etc). Once we have that we can send totally accurate pricing tailored to your event. Our bookings team always ensure that enquiries are dealt with quickly so you won't have to wait.

What size stage do i need?

We have managed to fit really big bands into really small spaces! By running everything on wireless we avoid the need for big untidy wedge monitors, we can also use more compact percussion set-ups to maximise space.

HOW LONG CAN YOU PLAY FOR?

Playtime is mainly dependent on band size. With the smallest band sizes the play time is generally 2 hours. If you book a larger band playtime will be increased. We are happy to provide full music coverage for your event. If you have an idea of the approximate timings for the day we can advise of the best sized band required to bring your plan to life.

what lightIng do we need?

Lighting can be totally transformative for a room. As a minimum we suggest 4-8 powerful moving lights, some front lighting for the band, some colour wash for the stage, and some uplighters around the room.

my venue has a sound limiter

Oh dear! Don't worry though. We have a huge amount of experience working with sound limiters. We can tailor the way we configure the band to make sure you get the best out of the sound limitations.  We always use our in-house sound engineers at every event to live mix the band throughout the night. During sound check and during playtime they will work with the sound frequencies and constantly monitor the dB reading.

We are a Band! Our line-ups vary on each event in order deliver clients something totally unique and tailored to their vision.

Who Will Be in My Line-up?

Line ups depend on you! Like someone specific? Just let us know. Once we know a bit about the kind of music you would like played we can put together the best line up to deliver.

can you provide a stage & lighting?

We offer a number of stage and lighting packages. We also offer full planning from start to finish via our sister company, Ruby J Events. Please give us a call on 0208 123 4851 - let us inspire you with creative ideas, or help make your ideas into a glorious reality!

how far do you travel?

We have played all over the world, and are happy to travel to most global destinations. Our base pricing is for events taking place in and around London, UK.  For events taking place further afield, pricing is based on travel time, and how many nights stay are required. Our in-house planners will be there throughout to help you take care of all the logistics involved with playing overseas.

what do the band wear?

Sensation Band have a number of outfit choices put together by our stylist to ensure that we fit in with your event. Options include black tie, lounge suit, smart casual, urban. If you wish the band to be dressed in something that we don't currently own we will work with you to achieve that look. Use of existing outfits are included within any quotes.
